Chicago, October 20, 2011 — US Appraisal Group, a national appraisal management company headquartered in Chicago, today announced its inclusion in the Inc. 500’s prestigious annual list of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States.
Despite the continued economic slump, US Appraisal Group ranked as the sixth fastest growing real estate company in the United States, and came in at number 222 overall on the list. Also featured as one of the fastest growing companies in Chicago, US Appraisal Group ranked ninth in the Chicago metro area, placing ahead of other successful Chicago-based companies including GrubHub.com and Rightpoint.
US Appraisal Group’s three-year sales growth was estimated at 1,432%, a result of “dedicated and creative teamwork, an empowered executive group, and a company vision committed to ensuring that our clients’ confidence in appraisal management is dramatically increased by working with us,” stated Jessica Edgerton, the company’s General Counsel.
